Plaintiff Eduardo Sobalvarro's motion to compel defendant Cecibel Lefeat to provide further responses to special interrogatories and for monetary sanctions is granted. No later than January 30, 2025 Ms. Lefeat shall provide verified further responses to the interrogatories that are the subject of this motion. If, as may be the case, Ms. Lefeat has no further substantive information as to these interrogatories, she may respond that she is not withholding any substantive information based on her objections. If, however, she has further substantive information, she must provide it. Since both sides acted with substantial justification, no monetary sanctions are awarded,

Counsel for the prevailing party is required to prepare a proposed order which repeats verbatim the substantive portion of the tentative ruling and must email it to contestdept301tr@sftc.org prior to the hearing even if the tentative ruling is not contested.
The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion or Discovery Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely.
