SF Superior Court - Law & Motion / Discovery Dept 301 - CGC25621391 - December 5, 2025 Hearing date: December 5, 2025 Case number: CGC25621391 Case title: ARWELIE CABALLERO VS. SAN FRANCISCO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH ET AL Case Number: | | CGC25621391 | Case Title: | | ARWELIE CABALLERO VS. SAN FRANCISCO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH ET AL | Court Date: | | 2025-12-05 09:00 AM | Calendar Matter: | | Notice Of Motion To Compel Further Responses By Defendant To Request For Admissions, Set One [Motion 3 Of 4] | Rulings: | | On the Law and Motion/Discovery calendar for December 5, 2025, line 8. PLAINTIFF ARWELIE CABALLERO'S Motion To Compel Further Responses By Defendant To Request For Admissions, Set One.
Plaintiff's motion to compel further responses to his requests for admission is denied as moot. Plaintiff agrees in his reply that the City's belated service of verifications moots the need for further relief. (Reply, pp. 7:28-8:1.)
Plaintiff seeks sanctions. The court orders the City to pay $250 in sanctions to Plaintiff within 30 days. A motion for verifications is a matter of a page or two and Plaintiff's lengthy account of the deficiencies of superseded responses was unnecessary. On the other hand, the City's response to the deficiencies in its initial responses and the time it took to obtain a verification were unreasonably protracted.
