The pro hac vice application of Aaron Solomon is granted. Notwithstanding the evidentiary objections to Gap's response to the application, the court has considered that response and credits the statements made therein. The court believes that those statements show that Mr. Solomon prematurely was involved in actively litigating this case. However, because Gap has not shown any prejudice to it by Mr. Solomon's premature participation in this case nor is there any other basis to deny the application, the application is granted.
