202200563511PRGE: In The Matter of the Walker Minors 08/25/2026 in Department J6 Status Review (Guardianship) to Confirm Receipt of Confidential Guardianship Status Report & VN267

The guardianship status report and informal account were filed on 6/16/26 for each minor. No appearance required.

Based on the deposit of funds into a blocked account, the court shall continue to waive accounts as long as the source, income, and blocked account for minor’s funds remains unchanged.

VN267 the period of 6/13/26 through 6/12/27 to be filed and served by 7/8/27 by guardians. Status Report to be filed by 7/8/27 by guardians.

Status Review (Guardianship) to Confirm Receipt of Confidential Guardianship Status Report & VN267 set for hearing on 8/17/27 at 9:00AM in Department J6.

Ventura County Local Rule 10.03(G) states that form VN-267 and attachments “are to be filed with the court and served on the courtappointed counsel for the conservatee/ward, as well as the Court Investigator’s Offices, thirty (30) days prior to when the hearing of the informal accounting would otherwise be heard.” As of 8/20/26 no proof of service has been filed. If not filed before the hearing, or the Court does not find good cause to waive it, the Court will continue this hearing to 9/29/26 at 9:00 a.m. in J6 in order for the proof of service to be filed.

The clerk shall give notice.
