On December 10, 2025, the parties filed a stipulation requesting that Defendant's motion be heard by the trial judge due to the deposition of Defendant's corporate representative. The Court denied the request. No opposition was filed. Accordingly, the motion is granted.

The Court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law and Motion department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely.
