1. CU0000410 Taylor Strunk v. Stagecoach Motel, et al. Appearances are required for status regarding dismissal. If the parties wish the court to retain jurisdiction, they should file a written stipulation under Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 or state their agreement regarding the same on the record. If there are no appearances, the Court will dismiss the case.
