PR-93-6596 In re Conservatorship of Robert L. Sandles The Court APPROVES the petition for Termination of Conservatorship filed by Jennifer Spinetti-Lightfoot, who is the niece and the trustee of the Robert L. Sandles Special Needs Trust, dated October 24, 2025. The Court finds that the facts in the petition demonstrate that the conservatorship is no longer required as Mr. Sandles has lived independently his entire adult life and pays his own living expenses. (See Prob. §1861.)
PR-22-00081 Guardianship Of: Krystell Alejandra Estrada Madera The review hearing is continued to October 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to allow for the investigation report to be completed. No appearances are necessary on August 24, 2026.
