Decedent died intestate on March 9, 2026, survived by issue of deceased parents. Petitioner is decedent’s sibling. The Petition requests full authority under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. The Petition states that bond be fixed at $375,000. A Duties/Liabilities statement (DE 147/DE 147s) was filed on July 9, 2026. Proof of service of notice of the hearing on the Petition was filed on July 24, 2026. A Declaration of Diligent Search and Request to Dispense with Notice was filed on August 6, 2026, indicating notice has not been provided to Edsel Murdock, sibling of decedent, as he has been missing since 2019.
