1. 26PR0156 DECEDENT’S ESTATE OF ROBERT SULLIVAN LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION

Decedent died intestate on February 14, 2026, survived by Jennifer Lee Sullivan. Petitioner is decedent’s daughter. The Amended Petition is silent as to whether full or limited authority under the Independent Administration of Estates Act is requested. Waiver of bond has been filed with the court by the heir.

There is no Duties/Liabilities statement (DE 147/DE 147s) on file with the court, as required by Probate Code § 8404.

Pursuant to Probate Code § 1201, proof of service of notice of the hearing is not required because Petitioner is the only beneficiary of the estate.
