Motion to Consolidate

On April 27, 2026, plaintiff MANGIE Corp. filed a motion to consolidate the instant

case with Durkin Tree Service, Inc. v. H&S Energy Products, LLC, et al. (El Dorado Super.

Ct., Case No. 24CV0520). Plaintiff states the motion is unopposed by all parties in both

cases. To date, however, there is no proof of service of the motion in the court’s file.

TENTATIVE RULING # 4: MOTION IS DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE DUE TO THE LACK OF

SERVICE. NO HEARING ON THIS MATTER WILL BE HELD (LEWIS v. SUPERIOR COURT

(1999) 19 CAL.4TH 1232, 1247), UNLESS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPEAR AND

REQUEST FOR ORAL ARGUMENT IS TRANSMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH THE
