ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT
The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.
The Court makes the following order after review of the case without a hearing:

Moving party requests a continuance to finalize the workers compensation treatment. Policy limits were proffered and accepted.
Request is GRANTED - matter is continued for filing of dismissal of entire action.
