The Status Report was filed on 4/6/26 but no proof of service has been filed as of 05/18/26. The conservator must serve a copy of the status report to the individuals identified in Probate Code §2351.2(a)(2)(A) and file a proof of service. Unless the proof of service is filed by the court date or the Court finds good cause to waive it, the Court will continue the hearing to 06/30/26 at 10:30 a.m. in Department J6 for filing of proof of service.
The next biennial status report shall be filed on or before 03/06/28, and set for filing/sufficiency hearing on 04/18/28, 10:30 AM, J6.
Conservators biennial status report was due 03/05/26 and filed on 04/06/26. The Court has reviewed the status report and it is complete.
CI does not recommend this case for a biennial review schedule as the required status reports have not been timely and the Ventura Public Guardian was previously appointed as temporary conservator. Discuss.
