Conservator shall show cause why this matter should not be dismissed and/or Conservator sanctioned for her failure to file forms GC-202, GC-320, GC-314, GC0312 as previously ordered by this Court. Based on a May 20, 2026, letter from Conservator, it appears that Conservator may not wish to seek a permanent order.

Pursuant to the attached Will of Donna Chamberlain, Petitioner Bruce Bell is one of multiple beneficiaries. However, the petition has not been joined by the remaining beneficiaries. Probate Code section 13151(a) permits the filing of this petition by the “successor of the decedent”. Probate Code section 13006(a) clarifies that the “Successor of the decedent” means “If the decedent died leaving a will, the sole beneficiary or all of the beneficiaries who succeeded to a particular item of property of the decedent under the decedent's will.” Accordingly, the Court must deny the petition as not all beneficiaries have joined in this request.

17. PR0001062 In the Matter of Kristal Coughlin No appearances are required. The petition for appointment of an administrator of the estate with full authority is granted. A proposed order has been lodged.
