August 14, 2026, Probate Tentative Rulings

1. P03-13732 In the Matter of Paul S. Johnson No appearances are required. The conservatorship of the person shall continue. The conservatorship still appears to be warranted. The Conservator is acting in the best interests of the Conservatee regarding the Conservatee's placement and quality of care, including physical and mental treatment. The next biennial review is set for July 21, 2028, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The court investigation fee for this biennial review is waived.

2. P06-14433 In the Matter of Kayla Elizabeth Larsen On the Court’s motion, this Conservatorship review is continued until November 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. On July 10, 2026, Judge Hardcastle ordered the Court Investigator to prepare a report regarding Conservator Mary Larsen. The Court confirms that directive. The Court Investigator shall prepare an updated report regarding Conservator Mary Larsen’s willingness/ability to continue her service. The Clerk shall provide a copy of the minutes to the Court Investigator. The Clerk shall also telephonically notify the Court Investigator.

3. P19-16490 In the Matter of Juliette Rita Anderson No appearances are required. The Court has not received the investigation review report and continues this matter to November 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The Clerk shall provide a copy of the minutes to the Court Investigator. The Clerk shall also telephonically notify the Court Investigator.

4. P21-16878 In the Matter of Maximillian Geoffrey Neumann No appearances are required. The conservatorship of the person and estate shall continue. The conservatorship still appears to be warranted. The Conservators are acting in the best interests of the Conservatee regarding the Conservatee's placement and quality of care, including physical and mental treatment. The next biennial review is set for August 4, 2028, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The court investigation fee for this biennial review is waived.

The Account and Report of Conservator and Petition for its Settlement is continued to November 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The petition does not include the attachments GC-405(SUM), GC-405(A), and GC-405(C) which are referenced in the petition. Conservators shall submit the outstanding attachments, or a request to waive further accountings pursuant to Probate Code 2628, no later than two weeks prior to the continued court date.

5. PR0000279 In the Matter of Jenifer J. O'Neill No appearances are required. The Order to show cause issued to Conservator is dismissed in light of the petition to transfer. The Court continues the petition to transfer hearing to November 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The Court notes this is a limited conservatorship case, and notice of the petition to transfer has not been provided to Alta Regional Center. Conservator shall provide notice of the petition and continued hearing
