The court acknowledges defendants Aaron Shiles and Compliant Fire Systems, LLC’s joinder to the opposition. Nonetheless, the court will not consider any joinder as it pertains to monetary sanctions.

The motion is denied.

Plaintiff has not sufficiently established that all other parties to the action were served with a copy of the deposition subpoena. (Code of Civil Procedure section 2025.240(a).)

Monetary sanctions in the amount of $731.25 are imposed upon plaintiff and plaintiff’s counsel, jointly and severally.
