Tentative Ruling
The parties failed to file a Joint Case Management Statement as ordered. The Court will continue the CMC to allow the parties to do so. The Joint Statement shall be filed no later than March 14, 2025. Please be advised that future failures to comply with Court orders could result in the imposition of sanctions under CCP 177.5.
