PLAINTIFF HAAG’S MOTION TO COMPEL RESPONSES BY DEFENDANT BERNICE JACOBS TO SPECIAL INTERROGATORIES AND FOR MONETARY SANCTIONS

The motion is granted in part as to sanctions only; the remainder of the motion appears moot. Plaintiff filed the motion on May 26, 2026. The interrogatories were served in April 2025 but no responses were received until after the motion was filed.
