PLAINTIFF HAAG’S MOTION TO COMPEL RESPONSES BY DEFENDANT BERNICE JACOBS TO SPECIAL INTERROGATORIES AND FOR MONETARY SANCTIONS

The interrogatories were served in April 2025 but no responses were received until after the motion was filed. Plaintiff requests the imposition of sanctions in the amount of $5,200.00 related to the unwarranted delay in receiving them.
Sanctions are imposed against defendant Bernice Jacobs in the amount of $1,000.00, payable no later than September 18, 2026. (Code Civ. Proc., §§ 2023.030, subd. (a).)
