DEFENDANTS JO JO SZETO, HOI SHAN NGAI'S Motion to Enforce the Parties Written Settlement Agreement Pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 664.6; and to Expunge the Claim of Mechanic's Lien and Notice of Pendency of Action Recorded by Plaintiffs and Cross-Defendants Sun Wu Liu and Golden Wu Construction, Inc.
Defendants and cross-complainants Jo Jo Szeto and Hoi Shan Ngai's motion to enforce settlement is granted as stated herein. The court sets a further hearing for August 19, 2026. The court's tentative ruling in its entirety has been sent to the parties via email.
