6. PR0000792 Conservatorship of Andrea Gunderson No appearances are required. The Court on its own motion continues this matter to November 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The Court is favorably inclined to grant the petition to appoint successor conservator but seeks input from counsel for the Conservatee. Ms. Lenore. Prior to the continued court date, counsel for Conservatee shall provide a report on the position of the Conservatee. The Clerk shall provide a copy of the minutes to all parties including counsel Lenore.

7. PR0000955 In the Matter of Joan M. O'Donnell No appearances are required. The Court continues this matter to November 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6 and sets an order to show cause hearing for the same date and time. Conservator Ann Sagerdahl shall show cause why she should not be sanctioned for her failure to file an inventory and appraisal as ordered by the Court on June 5, 2026. Therefore, the Court orders Petitioner to provide notice to Alta Regional Center pursuant to Probate Code section 1461.4 and further directs Alta Regional Center prepare a report and recommendation for the Court’s consideration. The clerk shall also provide a copy of the minutes to Alta Regional Center.
