Based on the report of the Court Investigator, the Court is inclined to designate this request as a request for limited conservatorship pursuant to Probate Code section 1800.3(d) based on the proposed Conservatee’s developmental disability. Therefore, the Court orders Petitioner to provide notice to Alta Regional Center pursuant to Probate Code section 1461.4 and further directs Alta Regional Center prepare a report and recommendation for the Court’s consideration. The clerk shall also provide a copy of the minutes to Alta Regional Center.
