August 21, 2026, Probate Tentative Rulings

1. CU0001483 Susan Gabrielle, vs. Phillip G. Conlon, Jr. No appearances are required. In light of the parties joint statement, the Court continues the review hearing to November 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The parties shall submit a joint review hearing statement two weeks prior to the continued review date.

2. P14-15697 In the Matter of Justin Rae Kohnke No appearances are required. The Court has not received the biennial review report and continues this matter to November 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The Clerk shall provide a copy of the minutes to the Court Investigator. The Clerk shall also telephonically notify the Court Investigator.

3. PR0000453 In the Matter of Suzanne M. Perry-Miller No appearances are required. The conservatorship of the person and estate shall continue. The conservatorship still appears to be warranted. The Conservators are acting in the best interests of the Conservatee regarding the Conservatee's placement and quality of care, including physical and mental treatment. The next biennial review is set for August 25, 2028, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. It is alleged the estate has sufficient funds to pay for the investigative fee. Quest investigations shall submit their fee request. Absent objection, the Court shall order the estate to pay the investigation fee.

The petition for accounting and allowance of related fees is granted as prayed. A proposed order has been submitted.

4. PR0000595 In the Matter of William Aaron Burnes Appearances are required. Linda Burnes shall show cause as to which of the two orders to administer should be allowed to proceed and which should be vacated in connection with this case and case PR0000858.

5. PR0000858 In the Matter of William Aaron Burnes Appearances are required. Christine Burnes shall show cause as to which of the two orders to administer should be allowed to proceed and which should be vacated in connection with this case and case PR0000595.
