1. CU0001483 Susan Gabrielle, vs. Phillip G. Conlon, Jr. No appearances are required. In light of the parties joint statement, the Court continues the review hearing to November 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The parties shall submit a joint review hearing statement two weeks prior to the continued review date.

The Court has not received the biennial review report and continues this matter to November 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The Clerk shall provide a copy of the minutes to the Court Investigator. The Clerk shall also telephonically notify the Court Investigator.

3. PR0000453 In the Matter of Suzanne M. Perry-Miller No appearances are required. The conservatorship of the person and estate shall continue. The conservatorship still appears to be warranted. The Conservators are acting in the best interests of the Conservatee regarding the Conservatee's placement and quality of care, including physical and mental treatment. The next biennial review is set for August 25, 2028, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. It is alleged the estate has sufficient funds to pay for the investigative fee. Quest investigations shall submit their fee request. Absent objection, the Court shall order the estate to pay the investigation fee.

The petition for accounting and allowance of related fees is granted as prayed. A proposed order has been submitted.

The August 13, 2026, inventory and appraisal has been received. That document does not include real property apparently owned by the estate in the Los Angeles area. A status hearing regarding the filing of an amended inventory and appraisal is set for November 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The amended document shall be filed as soon as possible and no later than one month in advance of the scheduled hearing.
