9 Nano Banc vs. Shyam Motion to Compel Answers to Form Interrogatories

Plaintiff Nano Banc’s motion to compel defendants Deba Shyam and Vibranium LLC to provide further responses to Form Interrogatories, Set One, is GRANTED. (Code Civ. Proc., 2030.300 [authorizing motion].)

Defendant Deba Shyam shall provide full, complete, and verified further responses to plaintiff’s First Set of Form Interrogatories, Form Interrogatory Nos. 2.2, 2.5, 2.7, 2.8, 2.11, 15.1, 17.1, and 50.1-50.6, without objection, within 15 days of notice.

Defendant Vibranium LLC shall provide full, complete, and verified further responses to plaintiff’s First Set of Form Interrogatories, Form Interrogatory Nos. 12.1, 15.1, 17.1, and 50.1-50.6, without objection, within 15 days of notice.

The Court imposes sanctions in the amount of $962.50 against defendant Deba Shyam, and $962.50 against defendant Vibranium LLC ($1,925.00 total). Sanctions are payable to counsel for moving party within 30 days of notice.

Moving party shall give notice.
