Motion for Attorney Withdrawal
This matter was continued from August 14, 2026. Due to a widespread power
outage in the South Lake Tahoe, California, area on August 13, 2026, the court was
unable to post its Civil Law and Motion Tentative Rulings for the August 14, 2026,
calendar until the morning of the hearing.
Prior to the hearing, plaintiff requested a continuance. The court continued the
hearing to August 21, 2026.
