LUNA) 11) 12 REQUEST FOR ORDER FOR CHANGE OF CHANGE OF VISITATION (PARENTING TIME) 13 TENTATIVE RULING 14 Having read and considered the pleadings, declarations, and other evidence submitted in this matter, the 15 Court makes the following findings and orders: 16 A. Procedural History 17 1) The parties are Petitioner Salim Hasan (Father) and Respondent Ana Espinosa (Mother).

They 18 share four minor children: Samarah Hasan (DOB: 11/18/10), Salim Hasan (DOB: 03/22/11), 19 Samayah Hasan (DOB: 08/04/12), and Annalynne Hasan (DOB: 01/02/18). 20 2) On May 6, 2026, Father filed a Request for Order seeking a change in visitation to a week- 21 on/week-off schedule. 22 3) On June 3, 2026, Father filed a Supplemental Declaration. 23 4) On July 23, 2026, Mother filed a Responsive Declaration. 24 B. Findings and Order 25 1) This Court has jurisdiction to make child custody orders in this case under the Uniform Child 26 Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act.

A violation of this order may subject the party in 27 violation to civil or criminal penalties, or both. The country of habitual residence of the minor 28 child(ren) is the United States. 29 2) Both parents shall continue to share joint legal and joint physical custody of the minor children.

1 3) Father’s parenting time with the minor children shall be on the 1st, 3rd and 4th weekends of each 2 month from Friday at 6:00 p.m. until Monday morning drop off at school. The receiving parent 3 shall pick up the children from the other parent. 4 4) In addition, Father shall have parenting time with the minor children every Wednesday from after 5 school until 7:30 p.m. Father shall do all the pickups and drop offs for Wednesday visitations. 6 5) All prior orders, not in conflict with the orders made herein, shall remain in full force and effect. 7 6) The Court will prepare the Findings and Order After Hearing. 8
