On February 23, 2026, Petitioner filed a Request for Order (RFO) seeking visitation and support orders. The parties appeared for the hearing on May 21st and were able to reach an agreement on all issues. As part of their agreement, the court set a review hearing for the present date and the parties were ordered to file supplemental declarations and Income and Expense Declarations no later than 10 days prior to the hearing date.

Neither party has filed a supplemental declaration or an Income and Expense Declaration therefore the court drops this matter from calendar.
