LAW & MOTION TENTATIVE RULINGS DEPARTMENT 5 August 13, 2026 8:30 AM/1:30 PM

12. GRISELDA AGUYA V. SARAH YOUNG AND JASON YOUNG 26FL0487

Petitioner filed a Petition for Grandparent Joinder on May 22, 2026. A Summons was issued the same day. Petitioner concurrently filed a Request for Order (RFO) seeking grandparent visitation. Proof of Service shows Jason Young was personally served on July 18, 2026.

Petitioner filed a responsive declaration to the RFO on July 17, 2026. There is no Proof of Service showing this document was properly served, therefore, the court has not considered it.

The court drops the matter from calendar due to the lack of proper service.
