Petitioner filed a Request for Order (RFO) and Order Shortening Time (OST) on May 28, 2026. Petitioner concurrently filed an Income and Expense Declaration. On May 29th, the court denied the OST. Petitioner filed the RFO on May 29th which was set in the ordinary course. Upon review of the court file, there is no Proof of Service showing the RFO was properly served.
