On May 26, 2026, Petitioner filed a Request for Order (RFO) requesting a date for a prove-up hearing. All required documents were personally served on July 14, 2026.
According to Petitioner, a Stipulation and Order on reserved issues was filed on December 9, 2025. The stipulation contained a typographical error stating that judgment had been entered in June of 2025 though that is not the case. Petitioner now requests a hearing date for a prove up hearing.
The parties are ordered to appear for the hearing.
