The Motion to Compel AMENDED NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION TO COMPEL PLAINTIFFS FRANCISCO IDIAQUEZS AND MARIA YESCAS RESPONSES TO DEFENDANT'S DISCOVERY REQUESTS filed by Joeann Wilson on 07/23/2026 is Granted in Part.

Defendant Joeanne Wilson’s (“Defendant” or “Wilson”) unopposed Motion to Compel each of plaintiffs’ Francisco Idiaquez (“Idiaquez”) and Maria Yesca (“Yesca”) (Idiaquez and Yesca are collectively “Plaintiffs”) to provide verifications to Plaintiffs’ previously served Responses to Defendant’s First Sets of Form Interrogatories (“FROG”), Special Interrogatories (“SROG”), and Requests for Production of Documents (“RFPD”) to each of Plaintiffs and to Compel Plaintiffs’ verified Responses to Defendant’s Second Set of SROG to Plaintiffs jointly (the “Motion to Compel is GRANTED IN PART, as set forth below.

The Court ORDERS Plaintiffs to serve Defendant with verifications for each of the First Sets of FROG, SROG and RFPD and with verified Responses to SROG Set Two no later than Thursday, September 24, 2026.

The Court ORDERS Defendant to file with the Court and serve on Plaintiffs by first class postal mail a Notice of Entry of the final Order on this Motion to Compel no later than Monday, 8/24/2026 at Plaintiffs’ last known address listed in the proofs of service filed by Plaintiffs’ former counsel on 7/31/2026.

CONTESTING TENTATIVE RULINGS

Pursuant to California Rule of Court 3.1308, subdivision (a)(1), this tentative ruling will become the order of the Court unless it is contested before 4:00 PM on the court day preceding the noticed hearing date.
