Code, Sec. 1511) on Delaney Hamilton, OR Consent to Appointment of Guardian and Waiver of Notice (Judicial Council form GC-211) OR adequately supported request to dispense with notice (CRC 7.52; see Local Court form SC-6014). Proof of Timely Mailed Service. Proof of timely mailed service of the notice of hearing and a copy of the petition (Prob. Code, Sec. 1511) on grandparent and siblings over 12 years of age, OR Consent to Appointment of Guardian and Waiver of Notice (Judicial Council form GC-211) OR adequately supported request to dispense with notice (CRC 7.52; see Local Court form SC-6014).
PLEASE NOTE: Absent a showing of good cause, it is the policy of the Court to block all funds in a guardianship estate pursuant to Probate Code section 2456. The fact that a parent is appointed as guardian of the estate does not constitute good cause for waiving this policy. (Local Rule 1735(a).)
