Notice of Hearing and Application were filed on July 14, 2026. There is no Proof of Service on Defendant. (See Code Civ. Proc., § 512.030, subd. Plaintiff is directed to (1) prepare an Amended Notice of Hearing which contains the continued hearing date, (2) provide timely service of both the Amended Notice and July 14, 2026 Application on all other parties pursuant to Code Civ. Proc., § 1005, subd. (b), and (3) file a proof of service prior to the continued hearing pursuant to Rules of Court, rule 3.1300, subd. (c).

REVIEW – 1ST YEAR

TENTATIVE RULING: The matter is CONTINUED once more to September 16, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. B to permit Conservators another opportunity to file: Care Plan (Judicial Council form GC-355/356). If the missing document is not filed at least five days prior to the continued hearing, the Conservators will be required to appear to explain the ongoing delay.

The Conservators are encouraged to consult with the Court’s Self-Help Center, located on the lower level of the Historic Courthouse at 825 Brown Street, for assistance with the foregoing.

The Clerk is directed to send notice to the parties along with a copy of this ruling.
