1. CL0003434 Velocity Investments, LLC vs. George Altenberg Appearances are required for status regarding dismissal. If the parties wish the court to retain jurisdiction, they should file a written stipulation under Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 or state their agreement regarding the same on the record.

2. CL0003758 Alford Presser., Jr. vs. California Department of Transportation Appearances are required.
