Annual Review Hearing
Letters of guardianship of the person were issued on May 10, 2024. There were no
appearances at the last two hearings (June 5 and 26, 2026) even though appearances
were required. The court mailed and emailed a copy of its June 26, 2026, minute order
to the guardian; however, the mailing was returned undeliverable. To date, the guardian
has not submitted the annual guardianship status report (Judicial Council form GC-251).
TENTATIVE RULING # 4: APPEARANCES ARE REQUIRED AT 8:30 A.M., FRIDAY, JULY 24, 2026, IN DEPARTMENT FOUR.
