July 27, 2026, Case Management Conference Tentative Rulings

1. CL0003056 Jeffrey Paul Guyton vs. Jeremiah Farrell No appearances are required. On its own motion, the Court continues the case management conference to November 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. Defendant shall file a responsive pleading, or Plaintiff shall file a request for default (as appropriate) or request for dismissal of Defendant at least two weeks prior to the continued case management conference. Plaintiff shall give notice of the continued court date.

2. CL0003470 Robert German vs. Susan German Appearances are required for status regarding dismissal. If the parties wish the court to retain jurisdiction, they must file a written stipulation under Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 or state their agreement regarding the same on the record. If there are no appearances, the Court will dismiss the case.
