Letters Testamentary have not been issued.
There is no Inventory and Appraisal on file with the Court.
There is no Petition for Final Distribution on file with the court.
On July 28, 2025, the Court denied Petitioner’s request for Petition for Letters Testamentary after finding that the “Proof of Holographic Instrument” was not a Holographic Instrument. As such, the Court determined no Will and no Holographic Instrument had been submitted and a Petition for Letters Testamentary were not proper at the time.
The Court set a Status of Administration hearing for July 27, 2026, and ordered the Personal Representative or their Counsel to appear, or to file a status report at least two weeks in advance.
To date, no status report has been received.
