3. 22PR0276 ESTATE OF DAVID CROSS COTE REVIEW HEARING
Order Appointing Administrator was filed on March 5, 2024. Letters of Administration without authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act (“IAEA”) were issued on March 5, 2025. There is no Inventory and Appraisal on file with the Court. There is no Petition for Final Distribution on file with the Court. On July 23, 2025, the Court continued the hearing to July 27, 2026, and ordered the Personal Representative to appear. On January 29, 2026, the Court entered an Order which granted the Administrator of the Estate of David Cross Cote with full authority to administer the estate under the IAEA.
