3. 25PR0085 ESTATE OF ROSEMARY HILL OSC SUSPENSION/REMOVAL

An order to show cause was et by the court due to the failure of the personal representative to either file a status of administration or appear at the hearing.

On June 17, 2026 counsel for Petitioner filed a response indicating there it was an oversight that the ex parte petition had not been filed or signed. His office understood such petition had been approved by the court resulting in the non-appearance.

Upon filing of receipts and the Ex Parte Petition for Discharge. Petitioner may be discharged and released from all liability that may be incurred thereafter.

TENTATIVE RULING #3: ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE IS DROPPED BY THE COURT. A STATUS OF ADMINISTRATION HEARING IS SET FOR 8:30 A.M. ON MONDAY, JUNE 28, 2027, IN DEPARTMENT NINE. PETITIONER OR COUNSEL ARE ORDERED TO PERSONALLY APPEAR, OR FILE A STATUS UPDATE WITH THE COURT AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE THAT HEARING.
