Defendant shall serve complete verified responses without objection to Plaintiff's Form Interrogatories-Unlawful Detainer (Set One); Form Interrogatories-General (Set One); Special Interrogatories (Set One); and Request for Production of Documents (Set One) within 5 days of notice of entry of order. Request for deemed admissions is DENIED, as Defendant has served a substantially compliant response before the hearing date. Sanctions granted in the amount of $810. Provided, however, that the sanctions will be waived if Defendant timely serves responses to all outstanding discovery in compliance with this order. =(501/DWH)
