BOWSE LAW GROUP, APC Tentative Ruling: The Court has read and considered the moving papers filed by Plaintiff Veritext, LLC ("Plaintiff"), including the supporting declaration and exhibits. No Opposition has been filed by Defendant Bowse Law Group, APC ("Defendant").

The Court takes judicial notice of the Stipulation For Entry of Judgment in Event of Default in Payment Plan and Stipulation to Dismiss Without Prejudice With The Court Retaining Jurisdiction To Enforce the Settlement Pursuant to C.C.P. 664.6 ("Stipulation") signed by Defendant on September 17, 2015, signed by Plaintiff on September 19, 2025 and filed with the Court on June 24, 2026 with the moving papers. The Court also takes judicial notice of the Notice of Settlement of Entire Case filed on October 7, 2025 which states that a dismissal would be filed by July 4, 2027 if all terms were met and payments were made.

The Court notes that Plaintiff has advised that Defendant has made payments totaling $1,000.00, leaving an outstanding amount of $17,827.86 due and owing. Pursuant to the terms of the Stipulation, upon default, in additional to the remaining principal, accrued interest in the amount of $13,253.46, attorney's fees in the amount of $1,200.00 and, costs in the sum of $746.85 also become due for a total stipulated judgment in the sum of $34,147.06 plus interest at the rate of 18.000 percent per annum on or after August 19, 2025.

Based on the Stipulation signed by the parties and the moving papers submitted by Plaintiff, Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED. The Notice of Settlement is hereby set aside. Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff Veritext, LLC and against Defendant Bowse Law Group for the total stipulated amount of $34,147.06, less payments made of $1,000.00, plus additional interest of $3,221.40, for a total judgment of $36,368.46. 25NWLC33104: CAPITAL ONE N.A. vs BREANNA M JONES Tentative Ruling: The Court has read and reviewed the moving papers filed by Plaintiff Capital One, N.A. ("Plaintiff"), including the supporting declaration.

The Court takes judicial notice of the Stipulation Agreement; Jurisdiction Retained Under Code of Civil Procedure Section 664.6 signed by Defendant on August 18, 2025 and filed with the Court on August 27, 2025. The Court also takes judicial notice of the Order on Settlement Agreement and Stipulation for Judgment entered by the Court on September 5, 2025.

The Court notes that Plaintiff has advised that Defendant has made payments totaling $964.00, leaving an outstanding amount of $2,946.64 due and owing. Based on the Stipulation signed by the parties and the moving papers submitted by Plaintiff, Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED. The Order Dismissing this action pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 is set aside. Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff Capital One, N.A. and against Defendant Breanna M.
