Plaintiff JPMorgan Chase bank, N.A.'s unopposed Motion To Enter Judgment Pursuant To Stipulation is GRANTED. Good cause appearing and consistent with the parties' agreement and Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6, judgment shall be entered as follows: Plaintiff JPMorgan Chase bank, N.A.'s shall recover from Defendant Kenya Cabrera $2,650 in principal and $0 in costs, for a total judgment of $2,650. This is the judgment authorized by the settlement agreement and related events.

Prior to the time set for hearing, Plaintiff shall lodge by email to contestdept302tr@sftc.org a proposed order containing the above text verbatim.
