Plaintiffs Youngmi Lee and Jieun Oh's Motion For Reconsideration Of Proposed Judgment Motions is GRANTED. The court construes the motion as one for entry of judgment pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6. Good cause appearing, the court grants the motion as so construed. The court will enter judgment consistent with the proposed judgment submitted by Moving Plaintiffs. Moving Plaintiffs are ordered to prepare a proposed order consistent with the above and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the time set for hearing.

The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely.
