Letters of Guardianship of the person were issued on August 5, 2020. The annual guardianship status report (Judicial Council form GC-251) was not filed by the guardian. At the July 1, 2026 hearing, the court directed Quest to conduct another investigation. On August 12, 2026, Quest requested additional time to complete the investigation due to receiving notice of the court’s order late. The court continues the matter to September 30, 2026 to allow additional time for Quest to complete the investigation. The court directs the clerk to send notice to the guardian and to Quest.
TENTATUVE RULING #8: THE COURT CONTINUES THE MATTER TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2026 AT 1:30 P.M. IN DEPARTMENT 8 TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME FOR QUEST TO COMPLETE THE INVESTIGATION. THE COURT DIRECTS THE CLERK TO SEND NOTICE TO THE GUARDIAN AND TO QUEST.
