On September 2, 2025, Petitioner, Franklin M. Tosti, Jr. filed two petitions with this court. The first petition was to Determine a Claim to Property, and the second a petition to approve a trust accounting. Two hearings were held on these petitions, one on October 15, 2025 and the other on December 3, 2025. For the first hearing, the Petition to Determine Claim to Property was recommended for approval, but does not appear to have yet been approved by the court. As for the accounting, several notes were posted, outlining discrepancies in the accounting based on the relief requested.
