Letters of Guardianship of the person were issued on February 28, 2019. Rebecca is over eighteen years of age so the guardianship as to this minor has terminated. The annual guardianship status report (Judicial Council form GC-251) was filed by the guardian on April 15, 2026. Having read and considered the report, the court finds and orders the guardianship remains necessary and shall continue.
TENTATIVE RULING #9: GUARDIANSHIP SHALL CONTINUE. THE COURT SETS THE NEXT ANNUAL STATUS REVIEW FOR APRIL 21, 2027 AT 1:30 P.M. IN DEPARTMENT 8.
