a) The Court needs assistance from the parties to determine how to proceed. The Court will want an update on compliance.

b) Plaintiff's motion to compel Defendant Enrique Aguilar's responses to Special Interrogatories, Set One is GRANTED, and unopposed. Defendant shall serve verified responses, without objections, within 20 days. Plaintiff's request for monetary sanctions is GRANTED in the amount of $435.00, payable by Defendant Enrique Aguilar to Plaintiff within 20 days. No opposition was filed.
