Appearances are NOT required. The matter comes on for reconsideration of the orders for temporary guardianship issued ex parte on April 22, 2026, pursuant to Prob C section 2250(f). Upon review of the court file, the Court finds notice of the reconsideration hearing was proper, and no objections to the temporary guardianship have been filed. The temporary guardianship remains in effect until the court addresses the underlying general guardianship petition.

The Guardian is ordered to provide the Court Investigator all financial statements related to the assets of the guardianship estate issued between the dates of July 1, 2021, thru February 1, 2026. The financial statements are to be provided to the Court Investigator no later than one week from the adoption of the tentative ruling.
