Case Type Civil Law & Motion Hearing Date / Time Fri, 07/31/2026 - 10:00 Nature of Proceedings Motion by Partition Referee for Discharge Tentative Ruling On June 18, 2026, plaintiff Peter Leroy Miller filed a reply to objections to the partition referee report, ostensibly served and filed by defendant Heather Veronica Gray (Gray) on June 15, 2026. However, the court's records do not reflect these June 15 objections by Gray. The court will continue the hearing on this matter so that Gray may file her objections for consideration by the court.

For all these reasons, the hearing on the motion of partition referee for discharge and for instructions regarding disposition of remaining money is continued to August 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in this department. On or before August 17, 2026, Gray shall file her objections with the court and a proof of service indicating service on all parties and the partition referee.
