The court set this compliance hearing originally for May 23, 2025. In its order continuing the hearing, the court stated, "No appearance will be required at the Compliance Hearing if the Settlement Administrator's declaration reports that all the distributions under the settlement agreement are complete." (Minute Order, May 23, 2025.)

On July 2, 2026, the Settlement Administrator filed a supplemental declaration reporting that all funds have been distributed in accordance with the Settlement Agreement. (Polites decl., P. 7.) The declaration being sufficient, no appearances are necessary and the compliance hearing will be ordered off calendar.
