1. PR0001068 In the Matter of KELLY CIARUFFOLI
Petitioner Kelly Ciaruffoli’s Petition for Internal Affairs of Trust is continued to September 14, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. in Dept. A. Pursuant to Probate Code § 17203(a)-(b), notice of the hearing must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the hearing on the petition. At bar, notice was mailed on July 9, 2026 for the July 27, 2026 hearing, and thus is insufficient. Petitioner is directed to timely serve notice of the continued hearing on all persons as required by statute.
