On June 22, 2026, the Court entered an Order After Hearing on petition Under Cal. Prob. Code §§ 16400 & 17200 & Request for Judicial Notice. The Court ordered Trustees to serve upon Petitioners and file with the Court a Probate Code-compliant accounting covering the period from October 15, 2023, and continuing through the date of the order within thirty (30) days of the notice of entry of order. A hearing was set for August 3, 2026, to ensure the Trustee’s compliance with the order. On July 10, 2026, Respondents, Michael C.

Visman and Mark S. Visman, as Successor Co- Trustees filed a Notice of Filing of Trust Accounting and Compliance with Order After Hearing, which included a true and correct copy of the Trust accounting as Exhibit A. TENTATIVE RULING #12: APPEARANCES ARE REQUIRED AT 8:30 A.M. ON MONDAY, AUGUST 3, 2026, IN DEPARTMENT NINE.
